There are three methods for laying heating pipes with polyurethane directly buried insulation pipes: non compensation mode, one-time compensation mode and installation mode with compensation. The reason why hot water with temperature ≤ 120 ℃ is used is that the pipeline of living quarters is considered from two aspects of economy and safety. The high temperature resistance of polyurethane directly buried insulation pipe can reach 120 ℃. Let's just talk about the first two ways.

1、無補償直埋敷設方式： 無補償直埋敷設就是利用土壤和外護管之間的摩擦的阻力固定管道，土壤和管道的摩擦的阻力相加的值大于等于 管道的膨脹力的時候。管線不會再伸長，就可以不加補償器，這時候管道在熱脹冷縮的時候就會產生位移的勢能，被 存儲在管道壁上。無補償直埋敷設的時候，在管道上面不用設置補償器、滑動支架、固定支架等附件，管道在直管段 基本是處在停止的狀態。在彎管、出土地方等的自由端在摩擦長度范圍內有位移。

1. 2、一次性補償直埋敷設的方式： 這種聚氨酯直埋保溫管敷設方式是在管道的一個地方設置固定的支架和一次性的補償器，它的工作原理就是把這 種產品的焊管道上，把管道的溫度按照要求加熱到一定的值，波紋膨脹節會有相對應大壓縮，在這種狀態下將補償器 外套筒鋸形搭接焊縫焊死，后面補償器就成為了剛性整體，不再有補償的能力。工作的時候就是管道的拉伸—壓縮的 彈性的變型來補償，用這個方式，這一段管道的設計溫差下產生的變形的總量的一部分就讓補償器來補償，這個的作 用是讓管路工作的時候拉伸壓縮的平衡的點在設計溫差變形總量的中點，一次性補償器使用與工作壓力≤2.5MPa、工 作溫度≤120℃的管道，它的使用的壽命超過30年

2. One time compensation directly buried laying method: this polyurethane directly buried insulation pipe laying method is to set a fixed support and one-time compensator in a place of the pipeline. Its working principle is to heat the pipe temperature to a certain value according to the requirements on the welding pipe of this product, and the corrugated expansion joint will have corresponding large compression. In this state, the compensator will be adjusted When the saw lap weld of the outer sleeve is welded, the back compensator becomes a rigid whole and has no compensation ability. In this way, a part of the total deformation caused by the design temperature difference of this section of pipeline is compensated by the compensator When the pipeline is working, the balance point of tension and compression is at the middle point of the total design temperature difference deformation. The disposable compensator is used for pipes with working pressure ≤ 2.5MPa and working temperature ≤ 120 ℃. Its service life is more than 30 years
